What is HireNow?
HireNow is recruitment and HR software for Malaysian small and medium businesses, made by Avantix Innovation in Penang. From one hiring brief in English, Bahasa Malaysia or both, it writes a job ad for each job board (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly, Maukerja, Indeed and MYFutureJobs), checks the wording against Malaysian hiring rules and job-board rules, and then manages candidates, interviews, offers, onboarding and employee records. The AI drafts, summarises and checks; people make every hiring decision. HireNow is in early access: built and tested on a local demo with sample data and sample AI responses, with outside connections tested in mock mode only.

The problem HireNow solves
Small companies write a new job ad for every board, often with wording that breaks Malaysian hiring rules or a board’s own limits, then track candidates across email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Interviews are missed, offers lack statutory terms, and new starters fall through the cracks.
Built for Malaysian SMEs that hire regularly, and recruitment and headhunting agencies.
