AirFinity

Prevent breakdown. Improve efficiency. Save energy.

What is AirFinity?

AirFinity is an industrial IoT system that monitors air compressors in real time. It records energy consumption in kWh, discharge pressure, and temperature at one-minute intervals, sends the data to a Firebase cloud backend, and presents it through a web dashboard and mobile app with alerts for abnormal conditions. It is built for factories that rely on compressed air but currently have no per-compressor data.

The problem AirFinity solves

Compressed air is one of the most expensive utilities in a factory and one of the least measured. A failing compressor usually announces itself by stopping production, and its share of the electricity bill is invisible because the whole plant sits behind one meter.

AirFinity — common questions

What does AirFinity monitor on an air compressor?

AirFinity records energy consumption in kWh, discharge pressure, operating temperature, and run state, logged at one-minute intervals. Together these show whether a compressor is running efficiently, cycling abnormally, or trending toward a fault.

Does AirFinity work with existing compressors?

Yes. AirFinity is designed as a retrofit system for compressors already installed in the plant. We connect via RS-485 Modbus where the compressor controller supports it, or install external sensors where it does not, without modifying the machine's own control system.

How does AirFinity help reduce energy cost?

It makes compressed air cost visible per machine instead of buried in a single plant electricity bill. In one Penang deployment across six compressors, that visibility enabled roughly 15% in energy cost savings within three months, alongside a 40% reduction in unexpected downtime.

Can AirFinity data be used for ESG reporting?

Yes. Continuous kWh logging produces an auditable energy consumption record per asset, which is the underlying data most energy efficiency and ESG reporting requires. Reports can be exported from the dashboard rather than assembled manually.
