What to expect

  1. First conversation. You describe the operation and the problem. We ask what data already exists and what equipment is involved.
  2. Site survey (IoT projects). We visit to see the machines, their controllers, and the network. This determines the integration approach and the real cost.
  3. Scope and proposal. A written scope covering what gets built, the timeline, and what has to happen on your side.
  4. Build and deploy. Hardware installation and software delivery, with staff training before handover.
  5. Support. Local Penang-based support, in your time zone, in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
