It links to your existing WhatsApp number as a linked device, answers enquiries from your own price lists, manuals and product catalogue, and follows up customers who go quiet at a sensible hour. When a person needs to take over, routing rules assign the chat to a staff member in a shared team inbox with the full history. It is built for businesses that sell and serve on WhatsApp, such as retailers, sales teams, clinics, tuition centres and agencies.
